Italian Video Game Awards, tutti i vincitori degli "Oscar" dei videogiochi
Si è tenuta a Roma la cerimonia che ha premiato i migliori titoli del 2018, con la vittoria di Red Dead Redemption 2
Nella cornice dell'Acquario Romano di Roma, si è tenuta la settima edizione degli Italian Video Game Awards (ex-Drago d'Oro), evento che ha premiato i migliori videogiochi che si sono distinti sulla scena mondiale lo scorso anno.
L'evento, che ha visto la presenza di ospiti internazionali come David Cage, fondatore e game designer degli studi Quantic Dream, ha incoronato Red Dead Redemption 2 come Gioco dell'Anno.
Il titolo western di Rockstar Games, autori della serie GTA, ha vinto anche i riconoscimenti per la direzione artistica e il comparto sonoro.

Tra i premi italiani, si segnala la vittoria di Milestone, team milanese che ha vinto il riconoscimento come miglior software house del Belpaese, e Massimo Guarini di Ovosonico, considerato miglior esponente dell'industria nostrana.
A Slaps & Beans, videogioco dedicato al mito di Bud Spencer e Terence Hill, è andato il premio come miglior gioco italiano esordiente, mentre i catanesi di Stormind Games hanno vinto il premio come miglior gioco italiano con il survival horror Remothered: Tormented Fathers.
